Kiwi Hampers (www.kiwihampers.co.nz) take the finest gourmet ingredients and combine them into stunning gift hampers. Their website was producing orders but updating content and adding products provided a challenge.

Together with Kiwi Hampers, Klixo converted the site to use Klixo Technology including our Content Management System, Store Manager, and Form2Mail System. These systems allow Kiwi Hampers to enhance their existing mail order process, improve their search engine results and update their website themselves.

The Klixo Content Management System allows the team at Kiwi Hampers to change their content easily and instantly. More importantly, they can add new products to their websites and assign them to multiple categories with ease.

The Klixo Store Manager is unique in the fact that it can support multiple consignments within the same order. This means that a customer can purchase more than one gift basket, ship the items to different addresses throughout New Zealand, while only having one order and credit card transaction. So not only are the transactions secure - they're customer-friendly!

Klixo worked with Frederiek Hamers (www.pukadesign.co.nz) to make a user-friendly design that reflects the level of the service you'll receive when shopping with Kiwi Hampers. Not only is the Kiwi Hampers website search engine optimised, it allows Kiwi Hampers to track their orders from when a customer arrives on the website right through to dispatch.
