When it came time to update our website, we were looking for someone who could help us with practical advice and a good price. Klixo were great in both regards. The attention to detail was much appreciated and our faith in them as a company was well-founded. The process was a real “from go to whoa” - we needed to completely start again. We did our research - we knew what we did and didn’t want, and then entered into discussions with Klixo as to what we all thought would work. The process was fairly painless and the service was exemplary. They were right there with us when as we updated our new site, sorted out any minor glitches very quickly, and we remain very impressed with their service. Three months on, we are finding the website easy to maintain and when we rarely do require extra help from Klixo (when we have changes to be made or questions we need answered) the reply is quick and helpful. Our clients have given us wonderful feedback on our new site and we have received more enquiries from our new website than we have from our old website, and that’s only in a matter of a few months.
