Previously the content in the section in the red box above could only be edited in either the "Page Description" or "Long Page Description" fields. This however limited the content you could put in this section, for example you couldn't add links, or any other kind of formatted text. This is fine in most cases but now you have more options, using the Page story method you will now be able to add formatted content to this area.

There are three options that can be used for this top information:

• Page Description
  This field is used by default if it contains content and it most cases it does. You can find the Page Description field in the page settings of the relevant page.
• Long Page Description
  This field is used if you would like to add more plain text to the top of the page, This field can be found in the page settings of the relevant page, if there is content in both the "Page Description" and "Long Page Description" the "Long Page Description" content will be used.
• Adding a page story to the page settings
  This method allows you to create a story using all of the available story editing methods, which you can then add to the page settings of your page. Please see below for more information on how to do this.

Creating a Page Story for the top of a listing page

1. In the Klixo Website Manager go to the Stories section
2. Select the "Page Top Stories" channel
3. Create a new story
   • Insert a Story Title
     - The Story Title is not used on the page
     - Make sure the Story Title describes which page this story is used on as there will be a few stories in this channel eventually. For example "Tauranga > At Home Care > Day Care for Elderly" - this story title describes which region, section and page the story is on.
   • Select the Story Type
     - This is a new field underneath the Description Field
     - Select "Top Page Story" from the drop down box.
   • Add content into the Story Body field
     - You can format this story however you would like, but keep in mind where this story is on the page in terms of space on the page for the story.
   • Save Story
4. Add the story to the page.
   • Go to the pages section of the Klixo Website Manager
   • Click the "settings" link for the page you would like to add your story to.
   • Under the "Channels" section there is a new section call "Stories"
   • Click the "Add" button (A pop up window will appear)
   • Select the "Top Page Story" from the drop down box
   • Check the check box of the story you would like to add to the page
   • Click the "Add" button
   • Save the page
   • Then you will need to publish the page you have added the story to
5. You should now see your story on the page.
6. Each time you edit this story you will need to publish the page manually in order for your changes to appear on the website.
