Klixo's customers may obtain free support from the Klixo Support Help desk by emailing support@klixo.net.nz or phoning 07 307-2660. We answer all support requests sent in this manner within one business hour. Please note that emails to individual staff members do not fall under our Service Level Agreement for Support, and may not be answered as fast, so please be sure to use these contact details when your request is urgent or support related:
