The following article is a basic guide to finding a "Lost" or "Misplaced" story in the Klixo Website Management system. If you are editing or creating a story and once you have saved it you cannot find the story in the Channel it should be in the following article should help you find it. In most cases the channel has been changed and the story is still somewhere on the website, but just not in the right channel. To find your story do the following:

1. On the stories page change the channel to (Choose a channel) and click "Go"
2. In the search box type in the name or a part of the story title
3. Click "Search"
4. This should find your story, if so:
   • Click edit for the story
   • View the channels that are selected in the Channels box. The highlighted channel will be where the story has been moved to
   • Select the correct channel or channels you need the story to be in
   • Save the story
5. If the story does not show up in the search it most likely has been deleted.
   • If you believe your story has been accedently deleted, notify Klixo Support by the end of the day as it should be possible to retrieve it.
